【中文摘要】 蕈菌次生代謝產(chǎn)物是蕈菌產(chǎn)生的一類(lèi)重要天然產(chǎn)物,是現(xiàn)在天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)。對(duì)近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外在蕈菌次生代謝產(chǎn)物的活性成分的研究成果進(jìn)行了綜述。采用化學(xué)分類(lèi)方法把蕈菌次代謝產(chǎn)物中的活性成分大致分為8類(lèi):多糖、萜類(lèi)(倍半萜、二萜、三萜)、甾體(甾醇)、生物堿、色素類(lèi)、醌類(lèi)、類(lèi)脂、環(huán)肽以及非蛋白氨基酸,對(duì)包含在8類(lèi)化合物中的重要天然產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了介紹。

【英文摘要】 Secondary-metabolites of mushrooms are important natural products,and recent hot spot studied in the chemistry of natural products.The achievement and progression in the active constituents from secondary-metabolites of mushrooms in the past few years were reviewed.They are divided into 8 groups with chemical classification method: Polysaccharide,Terpene(sesquiterpenes,diterpene,triterpene),Steroid,Alkaloid,Pigment,Quinone,Lipoid,Cyclopeptide and Non-protein amino acid.And some significant natural-products contained in the 8 groups are introduced in detail,such as the selecting sesquiterpenes in Terpene.Subsequently,some new opinion is raised in combination with the study reported.
