【中文摘要】 研究結(jié)果表明，無論是香菇生料菌磚栽培，還是金針菇熟料袋栽，菌種世代的多少對(duì)產(chǎn)量均無明顯的影響，這可能是由于菌種通過無性繁殖，遺傳性變異甚小之故；研究結(jié)果還表明。會(huì)針菇菌竺生長的速度似平有隨著菌種世代的增多而加快的趨勢，這究竟是由于低代菌種自瓊脂培養(yǎng)基侈接到以雜本屑、棉籽殼等為主要原料的粗質(zhì)培養(yǎng)基上的時(shí)間較短、適應(yīng)酶的活性較弱，分解、利用高分子化合物的能力較差，故菌絲生長速度較為緩慢？還是由于其他原因造成的？有待進(jìn)一步探討。

【英文摘要】 Results of the present study show that no influences were perceptible on the yields caused by different generation of the spawn either in raw-material-brick culture of Lenf-inus edodes of in cooked-material-bag culture of Flammulina velutipes. This may be due to the inheritable variation being very small in the vegetative propagation. The results also indicate that the Flammulina velutipes mycelium growth speed almost tends to increase wlth increase of the generation level.It remains to be approached whether it is due to the fact that the low-generation spatvn,inoculated earlier from the agar medium to the coarse mediujm of wood scraps and cottonseed hulls with other materials, is comparati-vely weak in adaptive enzyme activity and less capable of dissolving and utilizing high-molecule compounds hence the mycelium growth becomes slower,or it is due to other facts.
