【中文摘要】 磁化水噴澆食用能獲得高產(chǎn)，這是磁生物技術(shù)在食用菌栽培中應(yīng)用的新成果。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明：用磁化水拌料＋菇期噴澆磁化水的方法最好，它可使食用菌增產(chǎn)１０～５％；磁化水能使脂酶、淀粉酶、纖維素酶等酶的活性增加，加速了纖維素、脂肪、淀粉等養(yǎng)分的分解，并提高這些養(yǎng)分的利用率，達(dá)到增產(chǎn)的效果，這是食用菌噴施磁化水獲得增產(chǎn)的主要原因。本文還闡述了食用菌增產(chǎn)器的應(yīng)用。

【英文摘要】 The edible fungi sprinkled by magnetized water can obtain high yield.It is a new result ofthe technique of biomagnetism in planting edible fungi.The result of the experiment showed that the bestmethod is using magnetized water in mixing raw material and during growth of edible fungi,and the outputof edible fungi increased about l0～50 percent.The increasing mechanism of edible fungi is the increase of the vitality of cellulase,Esterase and amvlase.
