【中文摘要】 本文探討了松乳菇（Ｌａｃｔａｒｉｕｓｄｅｌｉｃｉｏｓｕｓ）深層發(fā)酵是可行的，并且篩選出以馬鈴薯為主料的培養(yǎng)液，其松乳菇菌球（或菌體）產(chǎn)量高。

【英文摘要】 It is studied in this paper that the submerged fermentation of Lactarius delciosus is executable. The cultivation liquid was screened from potatoes which were used as the main material. The mycelium of Lactarius delciosus yielded well.
