【中文摘要】 本文報道了培養料堆積發酵時間 ,裝料高度以及培養料中多菌靈的含量對純白金針菇產量的影響 ,并對不同含量多菌靈所產純白針菇進行同功酶分析。結果表明 ,多菌靈對純白金針菇有明顯抑制作用 ;堆料發酵 96h ,裝料高度 8cm較合適。 5個參試樣品酯酶 (es terase)和α -淀粉酶 (α -amylase)同工酶譜存在差異

【英文摘要】 Theeffectofthefermentativeperiods ;heightofmediaandthecontentsofcarbendazolinmediaonthe productsofwhiteFlammulinavelutipesandtheisozymeanalysisonwhiteF .velutipescultivatedonthemediaofdifferent contentscarbendazolwerereportedinthispaper .TheresultsshowedthatthegrowthofwhiteF .velutipesisobviouslyin hibitedbycarbendazol,theadequatefermentativeperiodsandheightofthemediawere 96hoursand 8cm .respectively , theesteraseandtheα -amylaseisozymepatternsoffivesamplesaredifference .
