【中文摘要】 比較了杏鮑菇一級種和二級種培養(yǎng)基配方 ,試驗表明杏鮑菇一級種培養(yǎng)基以配方三最好 ,菌絲干重是配方七 (對照 )的 3 5倍 ,差異極顯著 ;杏鮑菇二級種培養(yǎng)基以配方四最好 ,菌絲生長勢最強 ,與供試各培養(yǎng)基配方相比較 ,差異均為極顯著

【英文摘要】 The formulae of mother culture media and stock spawn media of Pleurotus eryngii were compared.The experimental results showed that the optimum formula for mother culture Media of Pleurotus eryngii was formula 3,the dry mycelial weight in the medium of formula 3 was 3.5 times larger than that of the ck.,their difference was the most significant and the optimum formula for stock spawn media of Pleurotus eryngii was formula 4,the mycelial growth vigor in the medium of medium of formula 4 was the strongest compared to that of the other media with the most significant difference.
