【中文摘要】 通過綜合分析國內外食用菌工廠化的發展情況,根據資源配置方式和機械化發展程度,將食用菌工廠化生產分為完全工廠化生產和部分工廠化生產兩種模式,并對這兩種模式進行具體分析,提出在我國不同地區采取不同工廠化生產模式的方法,試從整體上探討適合我國食用菌工廠化發展的途徑。

【英文摘要】 By comprehensively analyzing the development of edible fungi industrial production home and abroad,in accordance with the mode of resource allocation and the level of mechanization,edible fungi industrial production could be divided into two kinds of patterns: complete industrial production and partial industrial production.Try to find the best way of edible fungi industrial production in China,here we analyze the two patterns,and propose that we should adopt different industrial production patterns in different areas in China.
