【中文摘要】 比較研究了13株雙孢蘑菇菌株的菌絲生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)、出菇性狀、菌絲拮抗性、酯酶同工酶酶譜等。結(jié)果表明,13個(gè)菌株中表現(xiàn)出一定的遺傳差異性,部分菌株為同物異名。Ag-004菌株菌絲生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)最強(qiáng),日平均生長(zhǎng)速度0.54 cm·d-1,23d長(zhǎng)滿(mǎn)試管;出菇試驗(yàn)表明棕色蘑菇品種表現(xiàn)出比白色蘑菇品種產(chǎn)量高、較耐低溫和抗逆性強(qiáng)的特性。大多數(shù)菌株之間表現(xiàn)出一定的拮抗反應(yīng),少部分菌株間拮抗現(xiàn)象不明顯。酯酶同工酶酶譜出現(xiàn)3個(gè)區(qū)域,Rf=0.1758、0.2424、0.7697為所有菌株共有,可能為雙孢蘑菇酯酶同工酶的特征譜帶,Rf=0.8060為白色蘑菇品種的酯酶同工酶的特征條帶,而Rf=0.7151為2個(gè)棕色蘑菇菌株所有,在所有的白色品種中幾乎沒(méi)有,Rf=0.7151可能為棕色蘑菇菌株的特征譜帶。

【英文摘要】 The mycelial growth rate,fruiting character,mycelial antagonistic test,esterase isozyme zymogram of different Agaricus bisporus strains were studied in this paper.The results showed that the genetic diversity was existed in these strains,and part of strains were same strain whose name were different.The mycelial growth rate of strain Ag-004 was the fastest which was 0.54 cm·d-1,and overgrowing test tube was 23 d.In fruiting test,brown Agaricus bisporus expressed the characters of higher output,more resistance to lower temperature,more resistance to diseases.Part of these strains expressed the character of mycelial antagonistic,but the character of minority strains were not obvious.The esterase isozyme zymogram results showed that there were three zymogram region,among which the Rf=0.1758,0.2424,0.7697 band were owned by all strains,and the three zymogram band probably were the characteristic zymogram band of esterase isozyme.The Rf=0.8060 was the characteristic esterase isozyme zymo...更多gram band of white Agaricus bisporus strains,and the Rf=0.7151 was owned by brown Agaricus bisporus strains,but was not in white Agaricus bisporus strains.So the Rf=0.7151 was the characteristic esterase isozyme zymogram band of white Agaricus bisporus strains.  還原
