【中文摘要】 ZME1301號肝色牛排菌[Fistulina hepatica(schaeff)Fr.]是在浙南山區新發現的野生資源菌。本文從形態特征及溫度、水分、pH、光照等因子與菌絲生長和子實體形成發育的關系方面進行了研究。結果表明,菌絲生長的最適溫度為25℃,最適pH為4.0～4.5,光是子實體原基形成、分化發育不可缺少的條件之一。這為肝色牛排菌的人工栽培、開發利用提供了科學依據。

【英文摘要】 Fistulina hepatica (Schaeff. ) Fr. ZME 1301 is a wild strain newly discovered in the mountainous area of South Zhejiang Province. Investigations on its morphology and the effect of the cultural temperature, water content, pH and light on mycelium growth, the formation and development of the fruitbody are carried out in this study. The study shows that the optimum temperature for mycelium growth is 25℃ and the optimum pH is 4.0-4.5. Light is one of the indispensable conditions for the formation of primordia, the differentiation and development of fruitbody. The results provide a scientific basis for the utilization and development of Fistulina hepatica.
