【中文摘要】 本文對食用菌菌絲體的富碘效應(yīng)作了初步研究。供試平菇、金針菇、黑木耳的液體培養(yǎng)結(jié)果表明,各菌株對碘均有一定富集作用。在培養(yǎng)液中添加50～500mg/1范圍的無機(jī)碘離子,金針菇F30,平菇推廣一號,黑木耳以耳1號菌株菌絲體富集的生物碘量分別為0.36～8.52mg/g.0.28～3.0mg/g和1.1～2.1mg/g,碘的富集率分別為5.6％～10.9％,2.1％～5.1％和1.2％～9.4％,金針菇富碘最有效而經(jīng)濟(jì)的加碘濃度初步確定為300～500mg/1。高濃度的碘對菌絲生長,菌絲生物量合成有抑制作用。
【英文摘要】 A preliminary study on iodine accumulation effect of edible fungus mycelia was carried out. The results of liquid culture showed that there were certain accumulated iodine in Pleurotus ostreatus, Flammulina velutipes and Auricularia auricula. When inorganic iodine was added to liquid medium from 50-500mg/l, mycelia of Flammulina velutipes FM, Pleurotus ostreatus Tuiguang No. 1 and Auricularia auricala ShanEr No. 1 absorbed inorganic iodine with the amt. of 0.36-8.52mg/g, 0.28-3.0mg/g and l.l-2.1mg/g resp., at an accumulation rate of 1.2H - 10.9%, 2.1%-5.1% and 1.2%-9.4% resp.. The effective and economical content of inorganic iodine in Flammulina velutipes mycelia is 300-500mg/l. And iodine with high concentration is harmful to the growth of mycelium and the yield of edible fungi.
