【中文摘要】 本文研究了香菇生長過程菌袋中不同料層木質(zhì)纖維素的降解及有關(guān)酶活性的變化。結(jié)果表明,在栽培結(jié)束時(shí),菌袋中不同料層木質(zhì)纖維素含量的差異不大;在整個(gè)栽培過程中,菌袋中不同料層羧甲基纖維素酶,半纖維素酶和漆酶活性的變化大致相同。就菌袋中不同料層木質(zhì)纖維素的降解和利用而言,菌袋的中層和下層與上層相似。

【英文摘要】 The degradation of the lignocellulose and the changes of relative enzyme activity at different layers of the compost in plastic-bag during the growth of Lentinula edodes were investigated. The results showed that the differences of the lignocellulose content at different layers of the compost were not significant at the end of the cultivation; and that the changes in the activity of carboxymenthyl cellulase, hemicellulase and laccase at different layers of the compost were nearly the same during the whole period of the cultivation. As far as the degradation and the use of the lignocellulose are concerned, the middle and lower layers of the compost are almost the same as the upper layer of the compost.
