【中文摘要】 本文比較系統地研究了培養基、酶解時間及單雙層培養法等因素對靈芝原生質體再生的影響。結果表明,纖維二糖培養基及雙層培養法比較適合靈芝原生質體再生。考慮到靈芝原生質體的得率以及不同酶解時間制備的靈芝原生質體的再生率,酶解2.5h的靈芝原生質體用于再生比較合適。

【英文摘要】 The effect of medium, enzymolysis time and single or double layer culture method on protoplast regeneration of Ganoderma lucidum was investigated systematically in this paper. The results showed that the cel-lobiose medium and double layer culture method were most suitable for protoplast regeneration of Ganoderma lucidum . Taking into account the protoplast production rate and the regeneration rate of the protoplasts, it was concluded that the most proper enzymolysis time was 2.5h.
