【中文摘要】 較全面地回顧、總結、展望了我國食用菌產業的發展歷程、存在問題和發展趨勢。總結了具有中國特色的食用菌產業發展歷程中的三個戰略轉變和三個優勢 ,分析了我國食用菌產業新的發展階段面臨的六個方面的新情況、新問題 ,提出了 2 1世紀中國食用菌產業進行戰略性結構調整必須采取的 12個對策

【英文摘要】 The developing course, existing problems and the developing trend of mushroom industry of China were retrospected, summarized and prospected in this article. And 3 strategical changes and 3 superiorities during the developing course of mushroom industry with Chinese features were summarized, 6 new conditions and problems during the new developing stages of China mushroom industry were analyzed, while 12 countermeasures and suggestions for the strategical frame modulation of China mushroom industry in 21 century were submitted too.
