【中文摘要】 運(yùn)用微生物發(fā)酵技術(shù) ,配合新型合成材料 ,研制出食用菌復(fù)合保水顆粒菌種。這類菌種可保持活力 60d。這一工藝可用于糙皮側(cè)耳、金針菇、靈芝、白靈菇、杏鮑菇、雞腿蘑和鮑魚(yú)菇等多種食用菌菌種的制作。栽培試驗(yàn)證明 ,此類菌種的菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度、現(xiàn)蕾時(shí)間、生物學(xué)效率與常用的棉籽殼菌種相似

【英文摘要】 The compound water preserving granular spawns of edible fungi were developed with a special fermentative technology for microbe combined with the new type of synthesized materials. This kind of spawn could be preserved for as long as 60 days without losing its vitality. And this production technology of edible fungi spawn making was already applied to make spawns for Pleurotus ostreatus, Flammulina velutipes, Ganoderma lucidum, Pleurotus eryngii, Pleurotus nebrodensis, Coprinus comatus and Pleurotus abalonus. The results of the cultivation tests showed that the mycelial growth rate, the primordium initiation time and the biological efficiency of water preserving granular spawn were almost the same as that of the cotton seed hull spawn.
