平菇子實體分化發育相關基因片段的克隆

Cloning of Differentiation and Development Related Gene Fragm ents in Pleurotus ostreatus

摘　要：采用RAP-PCR差異顯示技術對平菇菌絲體及原基、菇蕾和成熟子實體進行研究,獲得了在原基階段差異表達的3條cDNA片段POD1、POD2與POD3,經過回收、重擴增、克隆與鑒定后進行測序分析,初步的結果表明3條差異片段的長度分別為745bp、482bp與477bp.同時,國際聯網檢索查明片段POD3為HSP70基因片段.
