地高辛標記核酸探針的標記方法及其在食用菌研究領域的應用
A Review on the Labeling Method of DIG-Labeled Nucleic-Acid-Probe and Its Application in the Field of Edible Fungi

摘 要：綜述了非放射性地高辛(DIG)標記系統的原理和主要特點,介紹了地高辛標記核酸探針的主要標記方法,影響探針標記方法選擇的因素,標記探針的顯色檢測方法及其在食用菌研究領域的應用.
