【中文摘要】 本文主要研究工廠化代料栽培花菇技術(shù)，根據(jù)花菇成因及香菇菌絲生長、原基分化、花菇形成三個階段所要求的生態(tài)條件不同，分別按三個階段設(shè)計了培養(yǎng)室、催蕾室、催化室，利用設(shè)施人工調(diào)控工藝條件，進行菌絲培養(yǎng)、催蕾和催花管理，使花菇產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量大大提高，小試獲得了８０％的花菇率，比室外高棚層架方式提高近１倍。

【英文摘要】 This paper deals with the areolated mushroom industry on synthetic logs. According to areolated mushrooms forming reason & the different conditions of the three vegetative stages of Lentinus edodes mycelium growth, pinhead develoing, areolated mushroom forming, we set up culture sites, button stimulating sites and areolated mushrooms formation hastening sites, in which we cultivated areolated mushrooms by controlling the technology conditions with machine. We obtained the excellent areolated mushrooms rate-80% and the quality are very good. The yield is twice as much as that of the popular cultivation ways on high bed logs in the mushroom sheds in the open.
