【英文摘要】 The mushroom cultivators in Biyang County have cultivated high quality white huagu by making use of the special winter weather condition of Central plains and the sawdust of oak.The key to the technology is the way to accelerate the appearance of thd crackles on the cap surface of the Xianggu.The technology of accelerating the appearance of the crackles on the cap surface of Xianggu mainly depended on 4 kinds of stimulation:1.to let inside cells and outside cells grow in different speed.2. to stimulate the cells by cold and dry wind of the winter.3.to stimulate Xianggu by alternating of dry and wet conditions.4.to stimulate Xianggu by low temperature and the alternating of low and high temperature.
