【中文摘要】 云南是我國(guó)野生食用菌資源最豐富的省份,素有“食用菌王國(guó)”之稱。從資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用的角度,分析了云南食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀,提出了云南菌業(yè)大發(fā)展需建設(shè)大市場(chǎng)的觀點(diǎn)。

【英文摘要】 Yunnan is the province which has the most abundant edible fungi resource.It deserve the good name of"The kingdom of edible fungi".This paper analyses the current markets in the industry of edible fungi in Yunnan from the view of exploitation and utilizing resources,meanwhile points out the developmental direction of edible fungi industry in Yunnan.
