【中文摘要】 以胞外多糖為指標,通過搖瓶培養的方式對白靈菇液體發酵培養基及培養條件進行了研究。結果表明,白靈菇液體發酵產胞外多糖的最佳培養基組合為:葡萄糖2%、蛋白胨0.75%、CaCl20.2%;白靈菇液體發酵產胞外多糖的最佳發酵條件為:起始pH值7.0,接種量20%,裝液量120mL,培養天數6d。

【英文摘要】 Using extracellular polysaccharide as index in this paper, the appropriate liquid fermentation medium and culture conditions of Pleurotus ferulae were studied by shaking culture. The results showed that the optimal composition of the liquid fermentation medium were as follows: glucose 2%, peptone 0.75%, CaCl2 0.2%, which is suitable for producing extracellular polysaccharide. The optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: initial pH 7.0, inoculation amount 20%, liquid volume in flask 120 mL, culture time 6 d.
