【中文摘要】 本研究在最適條件下制備金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)Y19和W088菌株原生質體,紫外線照射1分鐘進行誘變處理,再生后挑選生長好的菌株。酯酶同工酶電泳分析表明,篩選出的菌株出現出發株沒有的新酶帶,證明其遺傳物質發生了變化。與出發菌株相比,變異菌株生長速度提高23.1%～52.3%,出菇時間提早10～14天。

【英文摘要】 The protoplasts of Flammulina velutipes obtained under optimum conditions were treated with UV-irradiation for 1 min. After the regeneration of the protoplasts, strains with better growth rate were selected. And with the aid of esterase isozyme electrophoresis, new bands different from parent strains were found in selected strains. This indicated that the genetical materials of selected strains were different from those of their parent strains. Compared with the parent strains, the mycelia growth rate of mutagenic strains increased 23.1 %-52.3% and their fruiting period was 10-14 days earlier.
