【中文摘要】 本研究對鳳尾菇擔(dān)孢子萌發(fā)至原基形成過程進行顯微觀察。結(jié)果表明,培養(yǎng)20小時,大多數(shù)孢子已經(jīng)萌發(fā);初生菌絲長至30μm左右開始產(chǎn)生分枝,但無鎖狀聯(lián)合,有的初生菌絲能形成厚垣孢子;培養(yǎng)約6天,兩條初生菌絲通過頂端細(xì)胞或其他部位融合,發(fā)育成具有頂端分生孢子和鎖狀聯(lián)合的次生菌絲體;培養(yǎng)22天,大量次生菌絲的中部相互扭結(jié),形成半球形的原基。

【英文摘要】 The process from basidiospore germination to primordium formation of Pleurotus sajor-caju was observed with microscope. The results showed that most of the basidiospores germinated after being cultivated for 20 hours. The primary mycelium began to ramify at elongating to about 30μm, but no clamp connection was observed at that time. Some primary mycelium could form chlamydospore. After being cultivated for about 6 days, two primary mycelia fused through terminal cells or other parts and developed into secondary mycelia with clamp connection and conidiospore. 22 days after cultivation, most of the secondary mycelia intertwisted in the middle and formed hemisphere-shaped primordium.
