【英文摘要】 Fat pholiota (Pholiota adiposa), a bright coloured delicious mushroom, is a kind of rare edible fungi newly developed in China. It is rich in nutrients with good commercial prospects. And the biological characteristics, nutritional ingredients and cultivation techniques of fat pholiota are fully and accurately accounted in this paper.
