【中文摘要】 紫芝發酵液經離心、乙酸乙酯萃取后進行硅膠柱層析,采用環己烷-乙酸乙酯和乙酸乙酯-乙醇系統梯度洗脫并結晶得化合物LZ-1。通過對LZ-1的紫外、質譜和核磁共振等波譜數據進行分析,結合文獻對照確定該化合物的結構為吲哚-2,3-二酮,即靛紅。

【英文摘要】 Concentrated Ganoderma sinensis fermentation broths were extracted with ethyl acetate.Extracts were applied to a silica gel column and eluted with cyclohexane-ethyl acetate and with ethyl acetate-ethanol.The crystallized product,Compound LZ-1,was identified as indole-2,3-dione(isatin) based on UV,MS and NMR spectral data.
