【中文摘要】 研究了羽葉決明(Chamaecrasta nictitans)替代培養(yǎng)料中的麥麩栽培金福菇(Tricholoma lobayense)對金福菇絕對生物學(xué)效率,C、N、P、K利用率,培養(yǎng)料失重率,木質(zhì)素和半纖維素的降解率及呼吸消耗的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:羽葉決明替代40%的麥麩栽培金福菇,其絕對生物學(xué)效率,N、K、C素利用率及培養(yǎng)料失重率最高,分別為14.51%、27.71%、35.18%、11.60%和52.04%;而羽葉決明替代100%的麥麩時,呼吸消耗、木質(zhì)素和纖維素的降解率最高,分別為40.60%、69.44%和72.42%。回歸分析結(jié)果表明,絕對生物學(xué)效率,C、N、P、K利用率和半纖維素的降解率及培養(yǎng)料失重率與羽葉決明替代量呈拋物線關(guān)系,而木質(zhì)素、纖維素的降解率和呼吸消耗與羽葉決明替代量呈線性關(guān)系。

【英文摘要】 Tricholoma lobayense was cultivated on a series of growth substrates in which the wheat bran component was replaced with different amounts of Chamaecrasta nictitans.Maximum biological efficiency(14.51%),levels of nitrogen,carbon and calcium utilization(27.71%,35.18% and 11.60%,respectively),and substrate weight loss(52.04%) were recorded when 40% of the wheat bran was substituted by C.nictitans.Highest substrate respiratory losses(40.60%),and decreases in the levels of lignin and cellulose(69.44% and 72.42%,respectively) were observed when 100% of the wheat bran was substituted by C.nictitans.Regression analysis revealed significant parabolic relationships between biological efficiency,carbon,nitrogen,phosphate and calcium utilization,hemicellulose degradation,substrate weight loss and the degree of C.nictitans substitution for wheat bran.Significant linear relationships were observed between lignin and cellulose degradation,substrate respiratory losses and the degree of C.nictitans su...更多bstitution.  還原
