【摘要】 中國作為世界香菇生產和消費大國,其栽培規模與種植技術對香菇的生產與發展有著深刻的影響。對于免割保水膜袋新型香菇栽培技術,很多菇農持猶豫、觀望態度。根據荊門、襄陽等地的袋料香菇種植情況,將免割保水膜袋栽培與傳統2種栽培方式進行對比分析,得出免割保水袋栽培省工、省時,品質安全,成品率和經濟效益得到提高。
