【摘要】 用杏鮑菇9號菌株和11號菌株通過單孢雜交育種技術選育出杏鮑菇14號雜交新菌株。杏鮑菇14號雜交新菌株的子實體呈棍棒形,生物學效率達到84.64%。

【Abstract】 Hybrid new strain No.14 of Pleurotus eryngii was successfully selected through the crossbreeding of the single spore from parent strains of No.9 and No.11 of Pleurotus eryngii.The experiment results showed that the fruitbody morphology was clavate type and the biological efficiency was 84.64%.
