【中文摘要】 干巴菌（ＴｈｅｌｅｐｈｐｒａｇｏｎｂａｊｕｎＺａｎｇ）是一種可食性菌根真菌，主要分布于中國(guó)云南中部地區(qū)。本文報(bào)道干巴菌振孢子的多核性及其擔(dān)孢子在萌發(fā)過(guò)程中的多芽管現(xiàn)象。采用Ｇｉｅｍｓａ＇ｓＳｔａｉｎ及Ｎｅｍａｔｏｘｙｌｉｎ等染色方法研究的結(jié)果表明：干巴菌擔(dān)孢子具有單核、雙核、三核、七核等多核性。并在擔(dān)孢子萌發(fā)過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)與孢子多核性相對(duì)應(yīng)的一個(gè)芽管，二個(gè)芽管、三個(gè)穿管、七個(gè)芽管等多芽管現(xiàn)象，產(chǎn)生真菌孢子多核現(xiàn)象原因，是由于孢子形成過(guò)程中，細(xì)胞核行為造成的。當(dāng)擔(dān)孢子形成過(guò)程中，二個(gè)單倍體核進(jìn)行核配形成一個(gè)二倍體核，它再進(jìn)行一次減數(shù)分裂，結(jié)果在擔(dān)子中產(chǎn)生四個(gè)單倍體核，四個(gè)單倍體核隨機(jī)進(jìn)入擔(dān)孢子后，造成多個(gè)核、一個(gè)核和無(wú)核孢子現(xiàn)象。另一種情況，是擔(dān)孢子中一個(gè)核或多個(gè)核再行一次或多次減數(shù)分裂，從而產(chǎn)生了某些屬種真菌的多核孢子。干巴菌擔(dān)孢子的多核現(xiàn)象，屬首次報(bào)道。
【英文摘要】 Thelephora ganbajun Zang is an edible ectomycorrhizal fungus,distributing in themiddle area of Yunnan,China.This report suggests that polynuelear character of basi-diospore of Thelephora ganbajun Zang with several germ tubes during sporerunning.Theresult shows that basidiospore possesses polynuclear character such as one nucleus,twonuclei,three nuclei,seven nuclei etc.by using Gienisa's Stain &Hematoxylin DyeingMethods etc,While several germ tubers for exalnple one germ tuber,two germ tubers,three germ tabers and seven germ tubers which corresponds to the polynuclear characterof basidiospore,are observed during germination of basidiospore,The reason that poly-nucleus appears in basidiospore is caused by nuclear behaviour when spores are formed.Two haploid nucleus's karyogamy forms a diploid nucleus while basidiospore is forming.And there is a meiosis in it.and then four haoloid nucleus are produced in basidium.After four hanloid nuclei enter the basidiosnore at random,the phenomeno...更多n of more nucl-ei,one nucleus and non-nucleus spore appears.Under another circumstances,oi1e or morenucleus in basidiospore develop meiosis one time or many times,polynuclear spore belo-nging to some genera and species is produced.Polynuclear phenomenon of basidiosporein Thelephora ganbajun is first reported in this paper. 還原
