【中文摘要】 本文報道了不同碳源、氮源、微量元素及維生素培養(yǎng)基對干巴菌菌絲生長的影響。試驗(yàn)表明，干巴菌菌絲利用最好的的碳源是葡萄糖，其次是蔗糖。利用最好的氮源是硝酸鈣，其次是硝酸銨和硫酸銨，對蛋白胨和尿素的利用效果差。缺少碳源或氮源時，菌絲生長細(xì)弱、稀少，不形成原基。微量元素和維生素均對干巴菌菌絲生長有促進(jìn)作用，其中以錳、銅和維生素Ｂ２的作用尤為突出。

【英文摘要】 This paper reported the results of various nutrients affecting mycelial growth of T. ganbajun.Theresults showed that glucose was the best utilized carbon source,and s ucrose was well utilized too.Ca(NO 3) 2 was the best utilized nitrogen source.The mycelia were thin and could not grow primoradium without carbon source or nitrogen source in medium.Microelements and vitamins were able to promote the growth of mycelia, especial Mn 2+ ,Cu 2+ and VitB 2.
