【中文摘要】 選取板栗苞殼為栽培料,以熟料袋栽方式進(jìn)行平菇和秀珍菇的栽培試驗(yàn),通過對比分析,探討利用板栗苞殼栽培平菇和秀珍菇的生物學(xué)效率及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。結(jié)果表明:平菇、秀珍菇菌絲長勢良好,平菇的生物效率高于秀珍菇,但秀珍菇的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益明顯高于平菇。

【英文摘要】 Using bracteata chestnut shell as cultivating material, the experiment was conducted by using of clinker and bag cultivation pattern. By ways of comparative analysis, the biological efficiency and economic benefits of cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus cunucopiae were exploited. The result showed that the mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus cunucopiae grew well, and the biological efficiency of Pleurotus ostreatus was higher than that of Pleurotus cunucopiae, but the economic benefits of the latter was obviously higher than that of the former.
