【中文摘要】 研究表明,靈芝深層培養的適宜碳源為玉米粉和葡萄糖;適宜氮源為酵母膏和豆餅粉;最適培養溫度30℃;適宜pH4～5;100L發酵罐于30±1℃培養三天后,生物量可達35g/100ml(鮮重);醪液作為液體菌種出芝正常,發出期縮短1/3;提取液氨基酸含量達157.83mg/100ml,多糖含量為2.4mg/mL、并含有核(?)類,甾醉類等藥理活性物質。深加工產品符合國家標準。

【英文摘要】 Studies on submerged culture show that the optimal carbon source of Ganoderma lucidum is corn meal and glucose, the optimal niuogan source is yeast extract and beans cake meal, the optimal temperature and pll are 30℃ and pH4-5 resp.. After 3 days culture in 100L fennenter at 30±1℃, the biomass amounts 35g/100ml (fresh weight). When mash is served as liquid spawn,the spawn running time can be shortened one-third and the formation of fruitbody of Ganoderma lucidum is normal. The content of amino acid of liquid extracted from mash and polysaccharide is 157.83mg/100ml and 2.4mg/ml respectively. It also contains nucleoside, sterol and other pharmaceutical active substances. The processed products is in accord with national standard.
