【中文摘要】 美味牛肝菌是一種菌根菌，分布世界各地，在福建福安子實體發生期主要集中于６～７月間，平均溫度為２５保丁媯生長于針闊葉混交林的酸性土壤上，ｐＨ值４保浮５保福對該生態環境的考察研究結果可為半人工模擬栽培提供依據。

【英文摘要】 Boletus edulis is a sort of mycorrhizal mushroom,distribeting over around the world.Its mycelium grows in the acid soil with pH 4 8～5 8,in which the needle and wide leaves tree inhabitant mixedly.The growth period of the friut body is mainly during June to July with average tempereture of 25 6℃ in Fuan Fujian.The final research to the ecological environment will provide the base data for the hemi-artificial cultivation.
