【中文摘要】 比較研究了保護(hù)劑、預(yù)處理等因素對(duì)液氮冷凍保藏黑木耳菌種的影響,同時(shí)比較了液氮冷凍保藏、低溫冰箱冷凍保藏、普通冰箱保藏和石蠟油覆蓋保藏等4種方法對(duì)黑木耳菌種性狀的影響。結(jié)果表明:以甘油為保護(hù)劑,按照1℃.min-1的降溫速度降至-50℃后進(jìn)行液氮冷凍保藏是較好的保藏方法。

【英文摘要】 Effect of protector and pre-treatment on Auricularia auricula Spawn preserved with liquid nitrogen was studied in this article,and cultivation tests were also carried out to compare the character of spawns preserved with different methods,including liquid nitrogen preservation,refrigerator(4℃and-80℃) preservation and paraffin oil covered preservation.Results showed that liquid nitrogen preservation was better with glycerol protector and pre-treatment of lowering the temperature to-50℃ at the rate of 1℃·min-1.
