【中文摘要】 以香菇主栽菌株“慶元9015”為母本,選出優良變異株“慶科20”,該菌株具有獨特的PCR擴增條帶和蛋白電泳圖譜,與“慶元9015”等菌株具有明顯的遺傳差異。該菌株春栽鮮菇單產比“慶元9015”和“241-4”分別增加7.7%和16.5%;秋栽鮮菇單產比“慶元9015”和“Cr02”分別增加3.3%和18.9%;花菇栽培平均單產比“135”增加20.7%。

【英文摘要】 Using the main cultivation strain of Lentinula edodes Qingyuan 9015 as the female parent,a high quality variation strain Qingke 20 was selected.It had specific PCR amplication band patterns and protein electrophoretic profile,which showed significantly genetic difference with other strains such as Qingyuan 9015,et al.Per bag yield of spring cultivated fresh fruitbodies was increased by 7.7% and 16.5% than that of the Qingyuan 9015 and 241-4.Per bag yield of autumn cultivated fresh fruitbodies was increased by 3.3% and 18.9% than that of the 9015 and Cr02.The average per bag yield of figured fresh fruitbodies was increased by 20.7% than that of the 135.
