【摘要】 通過來源鑒定、性狀鑒定及紅外檢測、薄層色譜鑒定、石油醚提取物GC-MS分析等理化鑒定方法,對蒙古口蘑及其市場上常見的3種蒙古口蘑混淆品進行真偽鑒別,并指出正品和偽品的不同鑒別特征。通過來源鑒定3種混淆品是水粉傘菌(Clitocybe nebularis)、楊樹口蘑(Tricholoma populinum)、野蘑菇(Agaricus arvensis)的子實體。

【Abstract】 The pharmacognosy features and the other kinds of similar mushrooms were studied by the source identification,character identification,infrared detection,identification TLC,petroleum ether extract GC-MS analysis and so on.The similar mushrooms of T.mongolicum were Clitocybe nebularis,Agaricus arvensis and Tricholoma populinum.
